The property should be luxurious, properly build, everything should be logical, the m2 to person ratio should be A+, the guest should not worry about practical things. The completed house has been completely automated and has been equipped with the latest technologies. As for the interior and decorations, only high quality materials have been chosen that last and give the feeling of quality and balance throughout the chalet.

The area around Mühlbach in the summer season is perfectly for nature lovers to go hiking. During the winter season the Hochkönig area is the perfect place to be skiing with the whole family.
