When we were building dasLichtenberg westside the main goal was to find a perfect match between a modern design of the property and the wonderful nature surrounding the house. The result was a cosy, comfortable and fully equipped house, which is at the same time offering up to date facilities and appliances. Special attention was given to details, but as well to the interior design, represented by the warm colors and pleasant furnishing. In the hot summer nights you can enjoy sitting on the spacious terrace with the direct view at the Kitzsteinhorn and the Saalachtal. The sauna with the panoramic window will warm you during the cold winter months. Take advantage of our property and its location anytime in the year!

We enjoy meeting new people and different cultures. Even though we do not live close to our property, we usually do our best to come and meet our guests in person. The biggest satisfaction to us is to see our guests smiling when they enter dasLichtenberg westside. Our property is located in one of the most picturesque and most versatile areas of Salzburg. It is the perfect starting point to discover wonderful surroundings. Whether you are seeking for a romantic gateway or you desire an active holiday, here you will find it all. Take a walk towards the pathway in direction of the mysterious castle Lichtenberg or take a bike tour straight from our property through the Saalachtal´s amazing nature. The great location of our property offers you unlimited skiing possibilities in winter. The entrances to the ski resorts Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn (the biggest in Austria) and the Hochkönig area are both only a short 10min drive away. Possible activities further more include cross country skiing (starting 100m from our property), tobogganing and ice skating in winter as well as hiking, playing golf (2 golf courses in Saalfelden) and swimming (public adventure pool Obsmarkt 500 m or Ritzensee natural swimming area 2km away) in summer. Furthermore, the centre (which is only a 10min walk away) of Saalfelden offers plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities.
