The apartment has 140 m² of living space and runs over the upper two floors, with a 60 m² roof terrace and a small breakfast terrace. The entire upper floor is a spacious and open living area with large windows, open kitchen, dining room and living room. To the front is the view of Bergheim and the Geisberg, at the back on green meadows and the way to the pilgrimage church Maria Plain. The fireplace in the living room invites you to spend relaxing hours at home. The two bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Electric shutters provide individual lighting conditions and perfect sleep. The master bedroom Geisha offers in the open bathroom a whirlpool tub to relax. The bedroom Buddha has a spacious bathroom with shower. A total of 2 parking spaces are available to our guests at the house. The apartment is perfect for 4 people. It can be rented on request together with the studio on the ground floor and thus offers space for a total of 6 people. The studio has a private bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a private terrace

About the highway you can reach in only 20 minutes the Five-Lakes-Area, starting with the beautiful Mondsee. Via the Romantic Road, the imperial city of Bad Ischl can be reached in 35 minutes. The Mozart city of Salzburg itself offers an incredible variety of possibilities: The Salzburg Festival, numerous museums, the Hellbrunn Zoo, the famous Mirabell Gardens and the well-known Salzburg cafes, for example Sacher and Bazar.
