The location is hard to beat. It's nestled within one of Austria's most spectacular valleys, Stubaital, and surrounded by some of the country's highest peaks and top ski resorts. It's a 10 minute drive from Innsbruck (dubbed 'the heart of the Alps'), and is abundant with adventure activities of all kinds from Olympic bobsleigh to paragliding right over the village. The 100km+ of pistes in the valley's four main resorts are impeccably maintained. Schlick 2000 is accessible via a 15 minute walk from the chalet (or free bus), and the Stubai Glacier (snow guarantee 10 months of the year), Elfer, and Serlesbahnen are all accessible by a free shuttle bus that stops right next to the chalet. 100% snow guarantee!
