The new 10-seater gondola lift, located right next to this property, was built in 2020. You can hop on this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to cross to Zell am See-Kaprun, braving Schmittenhöhe. If you spend a day skiing in the Saalbach area, the descent from this area is right next to the property. You can easily reach the lifts of the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area with the free ski bus. So if you go on a winter sports holiday here, you will have two beautiful large ski areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a short distance, so it is practically a ski-in, ski-out location!
