The flat with 2 rooms is very centrally located, has a size of 50m², is a small space miracle and shines in modern splendour despite its functionality. Located on the ground floor, another highlight is the 80m² sunny terrace, which invites you to enjoy a sunbath after a sporty day or to celebrate the end of the day at the bar. Enzian Top 2 has 1 large bedroom with enough storage space in a custom-made wardrobe and 1 spacious bathroom including toilet, bidet and shower cabin. In the large dining- and living area you also have a pull-out sofa and a murphy bed for 2 more sleeping options. The Enzian Top 2 flat can accommodate up to 4 people.

As your hosts, we would like to welcome you to our holiday flat with its unique sun terrace! Normally living in Styria, we have found a second home in our holiday domicile Bad Kleinkirchheim. In Bad Kleinkirchheim we can pursue our hobbies such as hiking, skiing, playing tennis, visiting the thermal baths, etc. all year round. We are particularly taken with the hospitality of the people of Kirchheim and the excellent culinary offerings in the village. A few hundred metres away, there is a large tennis court where the whole family enjoys playing. At certain times, our guests can also play there free of charge (further details are available on request).

In the immediate vicinity of the flat you will find 2 thermal spas. A paradise for mountain bikers - with 15 km Bad Kleinkirchheim has the longest downhill track in Europe and many mountain bike tours in different levels of difficulty. For tennis players there are 2 tennis courts with a total of 12 outdoor courts and a tennis hall. Furthermore, there is an 18-hole golf course, the Kaiserburg summer bobsleigh run, the Brunnach biosphere park and also the Millstättersee, Affritzersee and Feld am See lakes are easily accessible in a few minutes by car. Bad Kleinkirchheim is one of the most famous winter sports resorts in Austria and is known far beyond the country's borders for its great skiing area (104 kilometres of slopes with 24 lifts). The flat Enzian Top 2 is the ideal starting point to go skiing. The Bachlift is 200m away from the flat and ski tickets can be bought at this valley station. Below the house there is a bus stop (Tiefenbachstraße) for the seasonal ski bus, which takes you to the various valley stations of the ski area free of charge.
