Would you like to relax in an informal, family atmosphere? Then you are exactly right with us! Our house and our GTC´s (house rules) are not suitable for "party guests" and youth groups. We try to provide our guests with a quiet and relaxing vacation. Our house is located on the sunny side of Ischgl, about 6 minutes walk from the Pardatschgrat and Fimba cable car or from the center. To the Silvretta Therme about 4 minutes. The ROOMS are equipped with 2 box-beds (à 200x90cm) shower/toilet, hairdryer, make-up mirror, wireless (broadband internet), internet-TV-radio, room safe, desk, wardrobe, sitting area with a dining table and balcony. The double/twin room in the BASEMENT is furnished with 2 box-beds, one box-spring armchair sofa for a child, shower, toilet, hairdryer, make-up mirror, wireless (broadband internet), internet-TV-radio, room safe, wardrobe and writing desk. This is the only room with carpet. Due to the location of this room the window opens out into a short light shaft. There is no clear view. Daylight and fresh air comes in from above. ENVIRONMENTAL MEDICINE: The beds in the double rooms with balcony are grounded. BREAKFAST is only included when booking a double-/twin room! Breakfast time: from 07.30h to 09.30h. The ROOMS are NOT CLEANED on Tuesdays. Exception on the days of departure. Cleaning of the apartments for weekly stays: 1x per week towels are changed (per person 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel). The garbage disposed every day. The sauna is heated by appointment on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday between 5pm and 7pm. Request entry in the sauna-book at the reception. The Pardatschgrat and Fimba cable car can be reached in about 6 minutes on foot through the tunnel at the Parking Lounge. The village center is also reachable in about 6 minutes with the passenger lift in the Parking Lounge. There you will find restaurants, pubs, bars, après ski venues, sport shops, etc. The nearest supermarket BILLA is reachable in the same time. In Ischgl you don´t need a car. The distances are minimal, especially since there is a ban on driving in the center. Our house is located on the sunny side of Ischgl. On a small hill, in the middle of a meadow. Our side of the village of Ischgl belongs to the quieter area. The walking paths start directly in front of the house. The beauty and fascination of the mountains, nature, flora and fauna will accompany you every step and look. You just have to be open to it.....
