The metro station is just a few footsteps away, near the Oberlaa Spa, with great Thermal Waters just around the corner. The apartment is facing a park, with amazing green trees around the flat, making it the perfect spot in the busy city. The cooling floor will keep the rooms at a very nice and comfortable temperature during the hot season and it would be warmed up in the cold season.
