Unique quiet central location. Mountain and partial lake view. Fully equipped holiday suites. Shopping and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Private car park at the accommodation. The suites are ideal for 2-4 people. Each with 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed. Travel cot available on request. A large sunbathing lawn invites you to relax or play. The lake is a 2-minute walk away. There are public bathing areas, a playground, volleyball court and tennis court by the lake. Hikes around the lake or up the surrounding mountains can be started directly from the accommodation. Storage facilities for bicycles or skis are available.
The 5000m2 estate of Heli's Holiday Suites Altaussee has a long history. The oldest Altaussee resident, aged 103, lived in one of the buildings. I myself have spent the last 40 years travelling the world on business and have made it my mission to create a place of relaxation for our guests. In our fast-moving times, places where you can recharge your batteries are becoming increasingly rare and valuable. Altaussee was and is a very special place. Great artists have always found inspiration here. Jakob Wassermann, a now almost forgotten bestselling author from the 1930s, once sighed: "Altaussee is not a village, but a disease that you can never get rid of!" Our guests appreciate the quiet but central location as well as the generously equipped suites. Our motto "The Joy of Relax" is our programme.
Heli's Holiday Suites Altaussee is situated in a quiet yet central location in Altaussee. Surrounded by mountains such as the Loser, Trisselwand, Tressenstein and Sandling, you also have a marvellous view of the Dachstein. The much-described Lake Altaussee, also known as the "inkwell of the Salzkammergut", is just a 2-minute walk away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
