Welcome at Michael's Nest! Our mediterranean styled familyhouse is located in a very safe gardenarea between Schönbrunn Castle (15') and Wienerberg recreation area (7') between two metro stations. In approximately 6 minutes you can reach the metro U6 and a few bakeries and grocery stores. Close to the center (15') you can both enjoy the city-life and a quiet and safe retreat in wonderful nature. In the near neighbourhood you can also find a 9-whole-golf course and various racket courts. Our house provides 180m² on three levels plus 70m² covered area (wintergarden, patio, BBQ and lounge) and a lovely 250m² garden and a 25m² pool. We offer up to 3 Doubles (depending on number of people) two of it with air-condition, SAT-TV and bathroom, 1 couch-sofa (1m20) in a separated room and 1 extra bed for up to 2 people. For your comfort we provide also a great living room, enclosed kitchen and bar, a lovely dining-room, a patio with BBQ (gas and charcoal), a 25m² pool and a garden with various fruittrees and a hammock. Wifi everywhere!

Hi, I´m Michael-Andreas. I work as a psychologist and psychotherapist and I appreciate high quality, escpecially in food. Somedays I drive with my E-scooter to the "Naschmarkt" und let me inspire by the spices, the fresh seasonal fruits and veggies. Besides: We have different fruittrees in our garden and so we produce our own marmelade, cherry and apple pies and our famous "Marillenknödel" (apricot dumpling).

Grocery stores can be found in any direction within 7 min. Golf course and various racket courts are accessible in 10 min. If you want to go jogging or rent a bicycle from us, you can explore the "Wienerberg" recreation area or "Schönbrunn". If you plan to visit some wine areas around Vienna wih your own car we have fast connections to all highways.
