Hello and welcome, I'm Darren and I've come with a brand new property for you to enjoy in Fieberbrunn ski resort part of the massive Ski Circus. We are a newly built property, high tech eco house. It has underfloor heating throughout, air source heat pump, no carpets and fresh air filtering exchange system for allergy free stay. Many thanks and we look forward to welcoming you!

Newly built Mountain Chalet opened in 2024 to welcome guests! Featuring garden and mountain views, Mountain Chalet features accommodation. This property offers private access to each apartment, free private parking and free fast WiFi. Top3 - 4 Bedroom apartment is a house style (147m2) over 2 floor levels, 4 ensuite bedrooms upstairs (3 have there own desks. Downstairs is a large lounge, kitchen, dinning area downstairs. Beautiful views of mountains from the master bedroom, dressing area and bathroom. Washing and drying machines. Office desk area allows for extended stays while to work from home. Top2 - 1 Bedroom apartment is on the ground floor (32m2), it has a lounge & dinning area with full kitchen, separate bedroom with king size bed with wardrobe, a separate bathroom, the lounge with sofabed. Top1 - 2 Bedroom apartment is down some stairs on the basement level (42m2), it has a lounge & dinning area with separate kitchen. ensuite bedroom with king size bed with wardrobe, another ensuite bedroom with a bunkbed and wardrobe. See photos and floor plans for more details. Electronic keypads are on every separate external front door to each apartment, a keycode will be sent to you after online check-in form is completed and city tax transferred. Then when you arrive there's nothing left to do just let yourself in with the keycode. All bedding and towels are included and provided by professional laundry company within the cleaning charge for your stay. Located in Fieberbrunn on the Ski Circus, ski lifts are a 10 min drive by car or a 10 min walk to the Ski Bus Stop located next to the round-a-bout outside the supermarket SPAR. Ski Bus is free to use with your ski lift pass. 3 minutes walk up the hill is the amazing Grosslehen 4 star hotel which has an excellent restaurant & atmosphere. Also features a mini zoo free to walk around A fun Rodel / Toboggan run is in the field next to the property with lights and free to use
