Our modern apartments and rooms offer plenty of space to unwind and – in almost all apartments – a private sauna for special moments. Whether for two guests or a larger group of up to eight, you’ll find the perfect retreat with us. Each apartment includes a parking space in the garage. A highlight is our heated outdoor pool with stunning mountain views. Start your day with a rich breakfast buffet in our restaurant Troadkastn, and in the evening enjoy Austrian and Mediterranean specialties (closed on some days). Summer in Saalbach In summer, you benefit from the included Joker Card (approx. late May to mid-October), giving you free use of the cable cars, hiking buses, outdoor pools, and many more activities. Right in the hotel you’ll find the Sunbikers bike rental (with discounts for house guests) as well as a secured, video-monitored bike storage room. Around the Kohlmais you’ll discover a wide variety of trails and tours – perfect for mountain bikers and leisure cyclists alike. Winter in the Skicircus In winter, the slopes start right at your doorstep: Turmwiese beginner slope or the Kohlmaisbahn. Skipasses are conveniently available at our house, and through our partner, you can rent skis with shuttle service. Saalbach-Hinterglemm is now also part of the Epic Pass. We’re your Epic base in Saalbach – ask us for route tips & hut favorites Good to know Dogs are welcome in our apartments and studios (max. 1 dog per apartment, additional charge applies). Right outside our doorstep, countless summer activities await: hikes for all levels, child-friendly hiking trails, varied mountain bike and cycling routes, and the popular Monti and Panorama Trails. Families will love the nearby adventure areas, playgrounds, and the Kohlmais water playground, while cycling enthusiasts benefit from the bike rental at the house, secure bike storage, and children’s courses. The Learn-to-Ride Park for downhill beginners is also just a few minutes away. In winter, skiing begins right at the Turmwiese beginner slope or via the Kohlmaisbahn. Skipasses are available at our house – the Epic Pass is valid in Saalbach. For winter fun off the slopes, enjoy a toboggan run, the festive Christmas markets in December, and relaxation at the Kaprun thermal spa.
