We are a privately owned business, opened in the summer of 2014 and motivated to provide a new level of alternative accommodation to all of our guests.
We wanted to create a place where we would be more than happy to stay over and over again... hopefully the number of our returning customers will prove us to be on the right track.

A unique and elegant building from the late 19th century; fully restored and furnished to provide a new standard in rental accommodation for both business and leisure travellers.
Our spacious suites, varying in size, are equipped with all the necessary facilities to make sure it feels just like home.
We are located extremely close to the Vienna Exhibition Centre and the Austria Congress Centre; also within a couple of minutes walking distance both from the U1 Vorgartenstrasse and the U2 Messe Prater Metro stations.
Neighbourhood information
We are located in a quiet residential area with a variety of local supermarkets and stores for all needs.
We are extremely to close to the "Vienna Exhibition Centre" and also the famous "Prater" of Vienna.
The Donau River and its amenities are located to our north only a block away.
The UN headquarters is about a 15min walk away just across the Donau River.
The new campus for the Vienna University for Economics and Business (WU) is also located conveniently only a few minutes away on foot.
