Ideal for families or groups of friends, our chalet offers easy access to the Gaisberg, Maierl, and Pengelstein ski lifts, as well as a short bus ride to the Hahnenkamm and Horn lifts in Kitzbühel. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere with a private garden, and feel free to bring your furry friends along! The space Welcome to our cozy chalet, designed for comfort and relaxation during your stay in the Alps! The spacious open-plan living and dining area features a family-sized table, perfect for gatherings, while the open wood fireplace and furnace keep you warm and cozy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a small double bed suitable for one person. Additionally, there's a cellar area with two single beds, accommodating two extra guests. Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms with balconies, each furnished with wardrobes, tables, and chairs. A charming small children's bedroom is also available for one guest. The chalet includes a newly renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin, along with a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. For relaxation, step outside to the outhouse, where you’ll find a private sauna. Enjoy the large garden, complete with a grill and seating area, perfect for al fresco dining.
