Hi, my name is Frank and welcome to Melbourne. I am an easy going guy, I love my work, believe in what I do, love my friends and all the nice cafes, restaurants and parks around town. I myself have been to over 70 countries, hosted over 1000 guests and speak about 3 languages. You may or may not find me a lot around the house, but I am just a phone call or text away, besides there is a housekeeper to assist you. Happy to suggest you the best food, bar and interesting places around town to fill your schedule. Maybe we can hang out too if we have time. Anyway please make yourself at home and I hope you enjoy Melbourne. You will also find many other super friendly house mates who are keen to know you and share with you their favourite places too.

Featuring 24/7 self check-in facilities, on street parking and free WiFi throughout the property, 15 Charles Abbotsford Homestay offers private accommodation and the first capsule styled pods in Melbourne. All our capsule pods are futuristic styled, self-contained little 'container'', each fits a single bed, a mirror, ventilating fan, USB ports, adjustable colour lights, safe locker, clothes hanger & curtain door for privacy. There are 6 pods in a room and all genders welcome. All our queen or ensuite rooms are 10 sqm in size, fits a queen bed, wardrobe, miror, table, misting fan, and a rollaway bed if needed. All rooms include a pillow, blanket and towels are provided. The house also offers a shared TV with Netflix in lounge area, a modern kitchen, courtyard, and garden. One thing I often get is people don't realize how good this location is until they arrive. 10 minutes walk to the famous Abbotsford convent, close to Fitzroy and Melbourne botanical garden and Melbourne Cricket ground. On one side you have all the prominent cafes, exquisite restaurants, bbqs, dessert house, bars, shopping strips, entertainment, music/DVDs, cinemas, local bakery.. a multicultural bonanza. On the other side you have gardens, parks, river, walking trails, castles and convents, boathouses, secret alleys, picnic, children's farm and farmers market etc This house is amazingly located on a quiet tree-lined street sandwiched in the middle of all above. Come see for yourself =)
