****!!! IMPORTANT NOTE !!!!!!!**** There is NOOOO PARKING spot to this unit****!!!!! Paid street parking at certain times ( read signs, 6c for 10 minutes, up to 1 hour for 1 dollar or 2 hours for 2 dollars l), other times free. Overnight parking is not a problem. I normally have no problem finding a spot nearby. 2 bedrooms with a Queen bed in each room, one bathroom with a shower. Towels and toiletries provided. It has a washing machine but no dryer. Be aware of that the hot water capacity for shower is 50L due to the strata policy, and which means that it may take about half an hour to get hot again if it runs out, all depending on the volume of the hot water used and the length of time. There is NO AIR CONDITIONER but fans available. The kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a free standing electric stove and oven/grill (one of the 4 elements of the stove is no working). No dishwasher. WIFI is available, 43 inch LG smart TV. ** No pets allowed in the property. ** Noise Policy: Please follow strict noise regulations and be respectful and considerated. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. ** No drug ** No party ** Check in starts at 2pm. Check out is at exactly 10am. ** Limit of 4 people. ** Please check cancellation and refund schedule before confirming your booking.
There are 12 units in this building. The buidling is in the middle of Wollongong CBD, walking distance to everywhere. 2 minutes to shopping center. Very short walking distance to everywhere in town. There is free shuttle and other buses to get you around, also from and to the train station. It is just about 10 minutes if you choose to walk. PARKING: ***PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING!!!*** There is NO parking spot to this unit. It's on street PAID parking from 8:30am--4:30pm Monday to Friday, 8:30am-12:30pm on Saturday, other times are free. Parking time is limited for 1 hour or 2 hours max, depends on which street you are parking. 1 hour costs 1 dollar. A better option in my opinion is on Thomas Street (one way) and onwards because they allow 2 hours parking. You can park and/or top up parking period with Cellopark app. There is a council licenced off-street Thomas Street Car Park next to it, it is licenced for people to use from 6am--5pm Monday--Friday. Outside those times, these spaces are open to public for free.i There are some streets nearby are free parking for full day, such as from 65 smith street onwards, you just need to find a spot. Public Holidays are free for on street parking and council car park parking at any time. ****YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PARKING.*** If you are coming by train and would like to take a bus for saving a bit of walk, there is a free Gong Shuttle Bus (55A and 55C) at Crown St opp Station St stop. It is only one short ride then you get off at Crown St before Keira St stop, then walk to the unit. The free shuttle links the centre of Wollongong with train station, the hospital, TAFE and University campuses, and beaches. From Monday to Friday, it runs every 10 minutes from 7:00-18:00, and every 20 minutes from 18:00-22:00. On weekends and public holidays, it runs every 20 minutes from 8:00-18:00.
