Newly built single-level house with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and 1 extra toilet, kitchen, laundry, quality sofa bed, and free Netflix with north facing sunny throughout living room and three bedrooms. The house is located behind our backyard with a private entrance, Due to guest privacy priority and no-contact service we will not meet you unless requested. But we are very handy to help. Two queen beds are equipped with latex mattress tops making the bed super comfortable. A small private backyard with garden enables a private outdoor living. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms 4 beds for 6 adults and a 3-seater sofa bed for 2, The maximum capacity of the house is up to 8 people. Only 30 mins drive to Sydney CBD and Opera House and 15 mins drive to Sydney Airport. The house is designed for completely cozy and quiet, ideal for families and friends visiting and traveling. We, Andy and Lucy, came to Australia 15 years ago, and now we are proud to be Aussie. We are open-minded and easy-going, and we both love traveling and meeting people. Hurstville is the largest town in south Sydney, it’s close to Sydney CBD and the airport, within walking distance to beaches. It’s close to A3 Highway to Olympic Park and DFO. Westfield shopping center in the town center, Hurstville has a direct train to Sydney CBD in 18 mins. Hurstville is the largest Chinatown in Sydney with lots of super delicious Chinese restaurants. It’s a safe and peaceful neighborhood.
