Your hosts are Julie and Jason, and Emma the Operations Manager. On any given day, you’ll find Julie in the office on her computer, managing administration and overseeing that guests have a memorable trip. Jason is often flying shooting amazing photos around the state, whilst Emma liaises with the guests and organises the team.

This beautiful, modern home, set atop a hill in Tranmere, boasts expansive views over the River Derwent, Hobart City, and the iconic Mount Wellington. Oceana Views has 2 floors: the first floor has 3 well sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, plus a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The second floor houses the large master bedroom facing those gorgeous views, with an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The open plan kitchen, living, and dining area opens out onto the large back deck and private garden. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with a kitchen island, oven and gas stove top, toaster, kettle, and even an air fryer. The dining space overlooks the river and mountain views, and the living room has 2 comfortable sofas and a smart TV. There is an additional toilet on this floor, and laundry facilities complete with a washer, dryer, and laundry sink. The front facing deck has a bistro table set and is under shelter, so you can enjoy it even during the rain. You’ll also find an office space on this floor, although you’re unlikely to get any work done with the breath-taking views from this room! With space for 7 guests, this is the ideal holiday base to discover the vibrant city of Hobart and so much else that Tassie has to offer. There are 2 off street parking spaces and free WiFi throughout the home. Tranmere is a sought out, peaceful suburb less than 20 minutes’ drive from Hobart city centre.
