Natural light floods the generous lounge room, equipped with a split-system air conditioner (heat and cool) and direct access to the open-plan kitchen/dining area with a breakfast bar.  The kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher and a coffee machine.  Ensuring year-round comfort, each bedroom is equipped with a split-system air-conditioning unit. The outdoor entertainment area has a fabulous BBQ facility which is perfect for a holiday by the sea.   There are Aluminum roller shutters at the front of house and all bedrooms for privacy, security and to block out sound, noise and light which make for a great night's sleep. Bedding Configuration (Sleeps 6 people): Bedroom 1: King Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: 2x Single Beds (Sleeps 2) Beds are freshly made with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers upon guest arrival. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels provided. The property welcomes pets. There is a spacious grassed area in front and a large spacious backyard that is fully fenced. No Schoolies bookings. No 25 December arrivals/departures.

Encounter Bay is a quiet and peaceful location, protected on one side by Granite island and on the other, by the Bluff. There are spectacular walks nearby (try the cliff walk from Petrel Cove to Kings Beach), a lovely salt water lake for sheltered swimming, a wetlands filled with birdlife, a dog park just a few mins drive away. Walk to the Beach House for a Bluff Beer and a wood oven pizza, or for something a little more upmarket, make a reservation for lunch or dinner at Eat at Whalers (at the bottom of the Bluff).
