"Location was very good but a car is required to reach Nelson Bay particularly at night when buses are less frequent. The apartment was a little out of range of the courtesy buses at night. Pool was excellent"

This spacious unit has a lovely large sun drenched balcony with excellent water views looking straight out the headlands.  One flight of stairs leads you to the unit which is fully self contained with two bedrooms (both having ceiling fans), bathroom with bath and seperate toilet, internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer and one secure undercover car space located under the complex and one off street car space at the rear of the complex.  Relax by the pool or take a stroll down to the local shops, restaurants and Marina. Parking:-  1 undercover car space and 1 car space at rear of building No visitor parking and no parking in other units designated spots. Street parking available for visitors. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Pets are not welcome at this property. This property does not have Wi-fi.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
