A 15 minute drive will get you to many of Perth's beautiful beaches or to many large malls or the exciting Crown Casino and stunning Optus stadium, The city centre is less than ten minutes drive and the airport perhaps 25 minutes drive 100 yards from the property are bus stops in either direction with regular travel between Scarborough Beach and Perth CBD, passing through super cool and impressive Leederville and providing quick and easy access to the rail network.
