This contemporary townhouse is positioned 10 mins to Melb Airport and 15 mins to Melb CBD. With Airport West Shopping Centre and Keilor Road around the corner - the location is perfect. Experience unmatched convenience and comfort at Airport West Stunner, your ideal choice for a seamless stay near Melbourne Airport and CBD. A spacious townhouse that comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across three appointed bedrooms and one bathroom. The ground floor boasts a thoughtfully laid-out space encompassing one of the bedrooms, an expansive open-plan living area, and an integrated dining and kitchen space. This inviting open-plan area is the heart of the residence, fully equipped to cater to all your requirements. For your convenience, a fully equipped laundry facility awaits, complete with a washing machine, dryer, and a separate toilet. Located upstairs, there are two bedrooms and one main bathroom (not ensuite). Step outside to enjoy the courtyard area, which has an inviting outdoor dining setting. Accessible from the dining area, this space provides the perfect backdrop for shared moments and relaxation. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited. This home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: Sleep 2 people - 1 x Queen bed (upstairs) Bedroom 2: Sleep 2 people - 1 x Double bed (upstairs) Bedroom 3: Sleeps 2 people - 1 x Double bed (downstairs) All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. HEATING/COOLING Split systems in the living room and in both upstairs bedrooms. No heating or cooling in the double bedroom located on the main level. VERIFICATION The house manual is sent to the guests 3 days prior to their stay. Please ensure that the verification is completed to receive this.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions.
