The property is 10 minutes drive from Katherine CBD, on 33 acres, 6 acres fully manicured and fenced. The 'Double room with private bathroom' is completely self contained, bedsit style with queen bed, ensuite with full kitchen facilities, fridge, TV, AC, fan and this room is approximately 20m from the communal facilities, including camp kitchen, pool, patio, dining suite, TV with Foxtel and shower facilities. The 'Queen room with garden view' has a separate bathroom approximately 63m away, with hot, cold running water, toilet, vanity unit, large mirror and shower. This bathroom can be locked for privacy. near communal pool & barbecue area. We have a huge firepit, extensive walking trails, with escarpments and the closest neighbour is more than 200m away. Seclusion and tranquillity are guaranteed with a maximum occupancy of four people, rooms are approximately 30m apart.
We're a hard working full time employed couple.
All blocks out here are 33 acres, neighbours are at least 200m away. Beautiful quiet drive thru the estate, 1.5km from Katherine Outback Experience.
