Amamoor Lodge B&B sits proudly on 50 acres of valleys and magnificent mountain ranges, a 10-minute drive from Amamoor State Forest, offering beautiful creeks and walking trails. The historic town of Gympie is a 15-minute drive away. Noosa, Rainbow beach and Sunshine Coast Airport are within an hours' drive. Abundant parking is available for those travelling with larger vehicles. Guests can enjoy a swim in the lovely outdoor swimming pool. Each air-conditioned studio offers a verandah with stunning garden views, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities and a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Order in-room continental breakfasts, or sit outside your studio, enjoy the views and the abundant birdlife. And if lucky catch sight of the local koala and the very shy platypus in the local creeks.

Amamoor is a quiet country village a few minutes off the main north/ south Bruce Highway. Come in past the Traveston truck and travel stop on the Mary Valley Link Road. Amamoor and the surrounding villages of Kandanga, Dagun and Imbil are in the picturesque Mary Valley, largely a farming community, and a region well known for equine activities, bush walking, 4WD and kayaking. Turn on to Mary Valley Road, take the Blackgate Road turn and upon reaching Amamoor take the left fork onto Kandanga Amamoor Road to reach Amamoor Lodge at 368. Look for the windmill at the gate. Amamoor village has a general store for take away food and coffee. The Mary Valley Rattler train runs services to the village and it is quite a sight to see the steam engine perform on the turntable. Kandanga, 4kms on, offers the nearest meals at the Country Club or the Hotel. A short drive will take you to Gympie, Eumundi's famous markets or the Kenilworth Dairy. Amamoor State Forest is a 10-minute drive, offering beautiful creeks and walking trails. Noosa, Rainbow Beach and Sunshine Coast Airport are within an hours' drive.
