Straddie Sales and Rentals is a holiday rental agency based in Amity Point off the coast from Brisbane on North Stradbroke Island in Queensland. It is owned and operated by sisters Karen and Annie who grew up on Straddie and have intimate knowledge of what this breath-taking island has to offer. The agency specialises in managing a variety of holiday properties to suit every budget, from small original fishing shacks to premium waterfront houses. Kiama Holiday House is only minutes walk to the Amity General Store, rock wall and public jetty for fishing enthusiasts, a safe bayside swimming enclosure, perfect for families, and Cabarita Park where you can bathe in the sublime sunsets over Moreton Bay Marine Park. For your complete holiday experience bring the boat, jet ski, paddle boards, fishing & crabbing gear and all the other toys which you can securely store along with vehicles in the roomy front yard area which is fully fenced and secure for the children to play. The property is pet friendly (outside only) but suitable only for large dogs. The modern kitchen comes well equipped with a dishwasher and microwave and the open plan lounge/kitchen is perfect for entertaining. This home is fully equipped for your comfort & convenience including ceiling fans and insect screens throughout to ensure a mozzie and insect free holiday. Fresh linen is supplied including quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. All you need to bring are the beach towels. All beds are made on arrival except bunk beds where base sheets are fitted and all other bedding is folded and placed at the end of each bed.
