Art House Full House - Right across the road from the Beach! This home is one of a kind - amazing views, beach across the road, generous room sizes and distinctive furnishings. Watch the waves breaking on Cuttagee Beach from the spacious living area. Sliding glass doors open onto a verandah with access right opposite the beach. The abundance of wild life can be seen from the surrounding verandahs with views across the 8 acres that the property is situated on. Feel your creative side emerge with all the artwork on the walls and sculptures in the garden - a real treat for the senses. Downstairs you'll find an extra two bedrooms with a large games/rumpus room boasting a pool table and table tennis table. Located 7 minutes south of Bermagui at Barragga Bay. Linen - Guests will need to bring their own linen - Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Linen hire is available by prior arrangement. Pets : Pets permitted outside only- Secure yard and verandah. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain. Fences approx 1.2m high. Limit of One pet unless by prior written arrangement. Plenty of room for parking on the property. Not suitable for fishing groups. Strictly no smoking. Please note : Owner resides in separate studio on the property. Security Bond Applies - Guest Registration Form to be Completed and Returned prior to Arrival
