Ascot on Swan offers guests a peaceful, secure and comfortable place to stay whether on business or leisure. We only have one booking at a time so our full attention is assured during your stay. Take a relaxing walk around the Swan River or visit historic Guildford townsite or the picturesque Swan Valley with its many wineries and restaurants.
Ascot on Swan is close to public transport, airports and the City of Perth is about 10 kms away.
We do airport transfers free of charge from 6.30am to 10pm each day.
We enjoy a variety of interests from travelling, entertaining, attending theatre and concerts, playing guitar and just generally enjoying all life has to offer.
We are located very close to the Swan River which provides the surrounding area with a serene and peaceful environment. There is a Gloria Jeans Cafe within 30 metres of the property and a Fresh Food trading Co that has lovely fresh salads and light meals. Being only 10 minutes by car from the Swan Valley offers guests one of the key arts and crafts hubs of Perth. The Swan Valley also has a wonderful selection of top quality restaurants and cafes with outstanding views for leisurely dining or afternoons in the chocolate factory, cheese factory, wine tasting or many other interesting activities to enjoy.
