Australia 108 by CLLIX is on its way to being the tallest residential building in Melbourne and with wall to ceiling windows you'll love our breathtaking views across the city. In a prime location in Southbank one of tourists favorite areas in Melbourne according to our guests. 10 minutes walk from Crown and with the Arts District, theater's, shopping and an extensive range of exciting cuisines to sample there is something for everyone. Our short stay apartments allow you to live like a local but with extra luxury. Perfect for longer stays as well as weekend breaks or business trips. Our helpful staff are onsite during business hours and happy to inform you about the area, give recommendations and directions.

Southbank draws a sophisticated crowd to its cultural venues, which include the Malthouse theater, based in a restored brewery, and the state-of-the-art Melbourne Recital Centre which hosts classical concerts.
