Property information

Stay overnight or for a week , when you need something just that bit bigger than a motel. This is the only property of it's type in the township of Avoca, in VICTORIA. It is a quiet relaxing getaway, set back from the main road, overlooking the golf course and Rutherford creek, providing a serene setting, abundant with bird life and only a 500m walk to the town centre. All cottages are very well appointed with fully equipped kitchens for those wishing to self cater. The BBQ area features a large deck, which is a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine and/or to enjoy your meals alfresco.

Neighbourhood information

The 20 plus wineries of the Pyrenees region, are the major draw card, for people choosing to stay at the Avoca Cottages. There are also various dining options, including the award winning Avoca Hotel, along with galleries, craft/antique/curiosity shops, lovely walks, mountain biking or 4wd in the Pyrenees Ranges, many local events and other attractions. The Avoca Public Pool is only 2 blocks away and is a great place to cool off in the summer months.
