We have 2 bikes, stand up paddleboard, 2 seated kayak and a tinoo. In one of the rooms there is an adjoining area where I have created a little nursery with a cot, change table, nursing chair and a high chair to use for your little ones. A smart TV in the main bedroom, living area and activity room where youll find board games and x-box for the kids entertainment. Personally sourced local natural amenities and comfortable bedding you will feel like you’re at home. The outdoor decking is the place to be with uninterrupted views over Geographe Bay. Enjoy the sunset or take a stroll to the beach only approximately 100m away through a track directly opposite our home. A gas woodfired oven to cook your pizzas on, plenty of kitchen gadgets if you enjoy to cook on your holidays or entertain. It is the perfect choice for 2 small families or grandparents travelling with their children, a group of friends or just a special time with your partner.

Our home was created with passion and the intention to want to return. Ayatana means “the place where your senses dwell”. It is a place to rest, play, swim, eat, relax and enjoy a little piece of heaven that you deserve. I love to holiday here myself. With the ocean at our doorstep it truly is a place of pure bliss.

Busselton Jetty and the town centre is only a 20 minute walk (2km) away. Wineries, caves and the beautiful south west coast line with amazing swimming and surfing beaches are in close proximity and a lovely day trip to drive around and explore a variety of options.
