Unit 69 is located on the second floor and boasts beautiful floating timber floorboards throughout the open plan, air conditioned living and dining area, this area flows onto the balcony with alfresco dining, BBQ facilities and views over the beautiful grounds of the estate. The unit provides a TV, DVD player, CD player and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities. Three decent size bedrooms with two having ceiling fans and the main having an ensuite.   The main bathroom is a 3 way which provides a separate shower and bath area, toilet and vanity area - making this very versatile and easy living. The unit provides a top loader washing machine and dryer in the internal laundry and parking for one car in the undercover secure carpark and one off street single car space. Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court and established gardens and grass areas for the children to play. Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
