Park the car and walk to beautiful Safety Beach within five minutes. This property is in a great location and has been styled beautifully by our talented styling team. Set up with families in mind, we have four bedrooms, two bathrooms, great sized fully enclosed yard. Games room with table tennis table. Upstairs has open plan living space and two lounge seating areas that lead out to the balcony that captures the cool bay breezes. Second living downstairs. Full linen provided, free WIFI. Downstairs we have: Bedroom one with Queen bed and single bunk Bedroom two with Queen bed Portable Heaters available in these bedrooms Shared bathroom on this level with shower and toilet Games room with table tennis table and second living with TV Upstairs we have: Fully equipped kitchen Dining table for eight (bench seats in the kitchen for additional seating) A great sized living area with two lounge seating areas Large balcony with outdoor dining Evaporative cooling and ducted heating upstairs Bedroom three with queen bed Bedroom four with queen bed Shared bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet Off street parking available Large fully enclosed yard. A well behaved pet is welcome with prior notice. All traces of dog need to be cleaned up prior to departure and they are not allowed on furniture We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
