The moment you step inside this property you will feel a sense of calm. Designed to maximise light and be at one with nature, it reveals stunning full-height glass windows and creates a seamless integration with the bushland outdoors. From the entrance you will ascend a flight of stairs, which may be steep, to arrive in the main living area. Open the doors and allow the natural breezes to stream through. There’s a generous sized sofa to relax in front of the TV or unwind with your favourite book. Gather around a central dining table or enjoy a meal alfresco, making use of the BBQ. A gourmet kitchen allows guests to whip up a feast on top-quality appliances and cooking utensils. There is a powder room on this level and internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer adding to your everyday convenience. Heading upstairs you’ll find the sleeping quarters. The master is a sumptuous suite highlighting a king-sized bed, and private balcony where you can take a moment for yourself. The master benefits from abundant wardrobe space and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. Another two bedrooms are each immaculately presented and boast beautiful natural light, king-sized beds and side tables with reading lights. The fourth bedroom comes with two single beds, ideal for those travelling with kids, while a porta cot can be provided for those with infants. There is air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans throughout to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. Upstairs you’ll also find a dedicated study nook for those needing to work from home. Refresh within a high-end main bathroom, choosing from a gorgeous bathtub or rain shower, and enjoying complimentary toiletries for your stay. Undercover secure parking is provided for two cars.

The popular seaside suburb of Merewether in Newcastle is famed for its surf beach, trendy cafes and beautiful local boutiques. It’s home to the southern hemisphere’s largest surf festival, Surfest, and the iconic Merewether Ocean Bath. Stretch your legs on the scenic Bathers Way walking trail, which links Mereweather to Nobbys Beach capturing sweeping views across the ocean. While visiting the region, get your culture fix at the Newcastle Art Gallery or Newcastle Museum and experience nature at Glenrock State Conservation Area. Start your day with coffee at Convoy Commune and end it at Merewether Surfhouse tucking into dinner with a view.
