The home is designed with families in mind as it is split into a main residence and a separate, self-contained kids retreat. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the home sleeps 10 people in total. Sit back and relax on the shaded entertainment deck while your children and pets play happily in the beautiful grassy backyard. This inviting and pet-friendly oasis promises sun-soaked days by the beach, tranquil evenings by the barbecue in the backyard and memories to cherish forever. Bedroom one (master bedroom): Complete with a king bed, this bedroom features plenty of wardrobe space and beautiful windows to let in the local sea breezes. Bedroom two: Featuring a queen bed, this bedroom is tastefully decorated with an occasional chair and a wardrobe storage rack. The open-plan kitchen and dining space seamlessly flows onto the outdoor deck and alfresco area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features quality appliances and utensils as well as a serving window. The indoor and outdoor dining tables feature plenty of seating space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The expansive deck beckons you to bask in the beauty of the outdoors. Separate and self-contained, the kids retreat studio features two sets of bunk beds as well as two trundle beds, sleeping six people in total. This studio is fitted out with a kitchenette complete with a microwave, mini-fridge, and sink. This room features a TV, a dining table, and a daybed. This leafy, sunlit beach house is located just 150 metres from Moffat Beach. Moffat Beach in Caloundra has a distinct vibe that differentiates it from its more famous neighbours like Kings Beach & Dicky Beach. While Moffat isn’t a patrolled beach & you’ll need to be wary of the waves, the inlet of Tooway Creek offers family-friendly swimming. Dicky beach is an easy stroll across the sand for patrolled swimming between the flags. All throughout the area you will find upbeat shops and cafes, plenty within walking distance of the house.
