Located in the upper Mary River Valley in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, and hidden away on a 117-acre block, Bellbird Rise Off-Grid Cottage offers a unique and tranquil rural refuge.
This country sanctuary overlooks a pristine creek, that meanders through the front of the property, and can be heard from the cottage and its balconies. It is the perfect spot for a romantic peaceful retreat, or a getaway with friends & family, and provides a place to relax and reconnect with nature.
Arriving through the front gates, you ascend up the gravel driveway to the cottage which is perched upon the hill. Surrounded by bushland, agricultural fields, and overlooking the creek, the property feels secluded and sits comfortably in its beautiful natural setting.
The cottage is an old hunters lodge and has a rustic country feel while also including modern tasteful amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen which is integrated with dining, living, and balconies. The house features a mix of wood and stone, as well as a cozy wood fireplace and sunken lounge for those winter nights.

The property is located in Conondale 25 minutes drive from Maleny. Set on 117-acres, the property is perched amongst the trees and rolling hills. It overlooks a creek that crosses the property and the surrounding cattle paddocks. Sit out by the fire pit and take in the stars in the tranquil bush retreat. This amazing hinterland property serves as a fantastic off-grid family holiday home for those seeking a rural nature getaway.
The property offers an amazing off-grid rural experience in which to unwind or alternatively you can jump in the car and explore the surrounding Hinterland townships.
Kenilworth is home to Mary River, Kenilworth Dairy, Kenilworth Country Bakery (known for its doughnuts), Kenilworth Hotel, and has monthly weekend markets. Booloumba Creek and Falls are on the way if you have a 4WD.
Maleny has a selection of different cafes, restaurants, arts and crafts, bookshops, homewares, produce, and speciality shops. Wander the main street and visit Maleny Lane to soak up the hinterland vibe. Maleny is also home to many of the areas wedding venues.
Conondale itself has a general store with food, fuel, gas and firewood for your essentials.
