The home has been completely renovated in 2023 from top to toe and now boasts 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. A stunning swimming pool has also been added, complete with a wet bar! Situated behind the cafe in Hyams Beach, this fantastic beach front house allows complete privacy away from the crowds, yet at the same time, you have the most central location in the village! Please note: Strictly no parties at this house. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. Where will I be? Bellevue at Hyams is very centrally located in the village, immediately behind the Hyams Beach Cafe. Due to its long driveway, it still enjoys privacy and tranquility behind a secure gate, and stands atop the cliffs that separate Little Hyams Beach from main beach. The private stairs lead to the northern end of the main beach for your to enjoy the full 2.5km stretch of white sand.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney. It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world! Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools. In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
