Birchwood Cottage is quaint, private, clean, fresh with spectacular views of the nearby rolling hills and the 100 year old oak tree outside the cottage provides a lovely canopy and outlook. The Great Victorian Rail trail is right on the doorstep and within walking distance to the local Hotel and Cafes. The private and newly renovated and decorated cottage is located on the Great Victorian rail trail and 900 metres to the township. Only 1 hours easy drive to the gates of Mt Buller and the snowfields. The cottage is tastefully furnished with quality country road and Sheridan linen. Birchwood cottage have spectacular uninterrupted views of the rolling hill and surrounding farmland. The cottage has a lovely ambience and feel. The cottage is open plan with consists of a queen size comfy bed, double pull out sofa bed, sofa, kitchenette and spacious private bathroom. There is a toaster, kettle, bar fridge and microwave. Coffee and a selection of tea is provided. Strictly no bicycles to be stored in the studio, there is ample storage in the adjacent shedding.

My name is Emma l am a qualified horse riding coach. I offer riding lessons from Wednesday to Saturday's by appointment. If you would like a weekend package with one or two lessons please contact me for a price. Overnight agistment is available for guests wanting to bring there horse and ride the rail trail or have a lesson.

Yarck have great places to eat three cafes and a fantastic Hotel with great meals and cold beer. Only one hours drive to the ski fields and only 20 mins to Bonnie Doon or Lake Eildon for fishing and boating enthusiasts. The Great Victorian rail trail is right outside the front gate for bike and horse riders.
