Each stand alone, self contained, very private open plan villa is designed for adults only and couples to get away and have a feeling of being in their own villa on their own land away from the everydayness of their lives.
All villas invite meditative, mindful experiences in just being in iconic Australian landscape and feature private decks with daybeds overlooking the bush, creek valley surrounded by the Wombat State Forest. From each villa the permanent residents of kangaroos, wallabies, rosellas, cockatoos and kookaburras with their calls of announcing the morning and the closing of the day are frequently seen.
Included in each villa are spa baths, double saunas (all but Hideaway), fireplaces, very comfy beds and lounges, amazing picturesque views from every window, digital flat screen TVs, kitchens, and we include a light continental breakfast & snack box to help you make it through your first morning should you forget to bring your own provisions.
Blue Cliffs Retreat is owned and managed by Paul & Joy Mott who are both psychotherapists in Melbourne and have Blue Cliffs Retreat for themselves and others to relax and rejuvenate in the space, serenity, silence and seclusion away from their everyday life. Joy is also an artist and all villas have some of her original art. Paul’s background is in education, government, counselling, consulting, coaching and celebrant businesses, and most recently author of the book MenSpeak.
The twin towns of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs in the Macedon Ranges region is renown for its naturally occurring mineral springs, gourmet food and wine, wide range of accommodation. exquisite local produce, galleries, day spas, restaurants, wineries, boutique shops and markets.
