This self contained private, spacious bedroom with ensuite has a private entry from the front garden. There is ONE QUEEN BED in the room. Located in North Orange, close to the Botanical Gardens and just 5 mins drive down Hill St to the centre of town. Enjoy northern sunshine and ducted heating in cooler months, and ducted cooling in warmer months. Items for a simple continental breakfast are provided. Smart TV includes Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+.

Les and Carmel are a friendly, hospitable couple who would happily share a glass of wine and a chat as we watch the sun go down together ... but if you prefer minimal interaction that is fine with us as well! We both work most week days, but we are usually home by around 6pm. You may occasionally here our Golden Retriever, Bonnie, in the back yard ... she usually only barks to say hello when we come home from work.
We live in a quiet suburban area of Orange. There are numerous walking paths around our area and we are 400m from the beautiful Orange Botanical Gardens. It is a 5 minute drive to many great coffee shops, cafes and restaurants, including those in the main street of Orange. We are happy to give you pointers on other great places to visit in the district, from the best walking tracks on glorious Mt Canobolas to the great wineries around Orange!
