Located in the heart of heritage precinct of Mort Estate, the historic "Shop" was lovingly restored and converted into a contemporary short stay residence. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Toowoomba CBD, the "Shop" retains the historical charm of a bygone era while having all modern conveniences. Located in close proximity to shops, restaurants cafes, and many other of the Garden City's visitor attractions.

One of the oldest residential areas in Toowoomba. Dominated by wooden cottages in tree lined streets. Just a ten minute walk to the beautiful Laurel Bank Park. CBD on the doorstep with cafes, shops and restaurants.
