I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me. I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun! Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a fee. Your keys are offsite at 23 Lonsdale St, Braddon You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair). Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.

BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 50" smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 1 car. Additional paid parking is available in the Midnight Hotel's carpark (same one as the assigned spot but in the public parking area on B1.) There are some free 15 minute-parking nearby and paid street parking on Mort Street. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building's BBQ Area, pool, and Common Garden / Courtyard / Rooftop throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

Neighbourhood information

WORK NOTICE: Preparation & Exterior Repainting of Habitat Apartments External Works will commence on 9th September 2024. Painters will be onsite to conduct a wash and paint works between 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday & Saturdays 7.30am to 3pm. Please expect to see painters moving around the complex. Reminders: - Be aware of Notices & Exclusions Zones set out by painter Safety Notices - Avoid entering balcony's during working hours listed above. - Signs will be placed over balcony doors. - Do not touch or try entering the Swing Stage at any time. - Remove all items from balcony area for the period of the works notified above.
