Patreece and her family have been hosting guests at their tiny house 6sixteen The Banks for the past 5 years. They have now opened up their lovely family beach house, BUNGALOW1six for guests to also enjoy. They hope all of their guests make beautiful memories and enjoy the places that mean so much to them.

Riverleigh Avenue is a quiet street with a mixture of local residents and holiday rental properties. A handful of properties including 16 Riverleigh Ave are fence free. It's the old-style way of living, where neighbours see each other when in their yards. Say hi to each other and get on about their business. Bungalow1six is one of two houses on the property. The bottom house will be your home away from home. The beach and cafe are within walking distance. Grabbing your coffee takes about three minutes before heading to the golden sands of the 7-Mile beach. Gerringong is an easy six-minute drive or if you're fit and up for the challenge you can walk, ride or run to Gerringong. Berry is approximately a fifteen-minute drive and Kiama is roughly a 12-minute drive.
