Set on a large private corner block, our home on the hill is the perfect spacious coastal escape. THE HOUSE Inside, you'll find four cosy bedrooms all with luxury linens provided and lots of closet space. The spacious study offers a large dedicated work space overlooking the garden as well as a comfy queen size sofa bed. Downstairs will keep kids and grownups alike entertained. Enjoy hours of fun on the arcade machines or wind down with a movie by the fireplace. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is the perfect setting to entertain in. The wall of windows overlook beautiful Port Phillip bay so you can take in the spectacular sunsets as you dine. We've stocked the kitchen with all the utensils you'll need to cook up a storm. We also know how important that morning (and afternoon) caffeine hit is, so you'll find two coffee machines (one espresso, one drip) along with locally roasted beans to enjoy during your stay. Chill out in the lounge after a day of swimming and exploring with access to Netflix, Binge, Prime, and Disney/ESPN+ or choose a book from our little library. Beyond the sliding doors on the top level, you'll find a sprawling deck with lots of comfortable lounge seating and an eight person dining table. Head down the stairs and you'll find a big gas BBQ and an outdoor cubby for the kids. Two full bathrooms come with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer. THE POOL & SAUNA Whether you want to take a dip in the huge gas heated pool, relax in the heated adjoining hot tub or sweat it out in the four person infrared sauna, it's all a few steps from the sweeping balcony. Please note: should you like to have the pool heated, an additional cost that can be arranged directly with us. This is totally optional, just let us know when booking if you’d like it turned on. You also don’t need to add it for everyday you stay. Just pick when you’d like to swim. There is no extra cost for the hot tub.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We are situated in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside. We love our neighbours and want to look after them. Sorry, that means no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
