Set on the banks of the mighty Clarence River, this 2 bedroom air conditioned unit is on the ground floor with sweeping views and features open planned living areas. This unit has all the creature comforts: TV, DVD, dishwasher, ceiling fans, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Enjoy your own private balcony with beautiful river views, fish from the private jetty in the complex. Store your boat in one of the 3 car spaces allocated to the unit and put the boat in with ease as you are located next door to the main boat ramp. There is a swimming pool and bbq area within the complex available to all in-house guests.
