Visit the nearby Historic villages of Neville, Carcoar, Millthorpe, Mandurama, and Lyndhurst, with museums, old buildings and lots of other things to see, while making a day of visiting these villages call into the local for lunch or pack a picnic and check out the old mines, Abercrombie caves and Carcoar railway tunnel, or have a coffee with a scrumptious homemade cake at Neville’s Rustic Nature Café.
The region is renowned for its cool climate wines, craft breweries, highly rated local restaurants, cafes and authentic country pubs, all leisurely day trips from the cottage.
