With 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, a laundry, lounge, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, the house provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’ve recently renovated the bathroom and laundry, adding modern touches to complement the home’s original character. Though it’s over 30 years old, this home has been lovingly maintained, and its polished floorboards and cozy atmosphere give it a timeless appeal. The house is equipped with heating and cooling throughout, ensuring your comfort year-round. We like to think that the home’s age adds to its charm, offering a warm and welcoming retreat, full of character.

We’re originally from India but have called Melbourne home for the past 25 years. Over the years, we fell in love with the beauty and serenity of the Mornington Peninsula, particularly Rye.
