Chippendale is well known as one of the key creative art districts of Sydney, with more than a dozen galleries in the small neighbourhood area of Abercrombie Street including White Rabbit Gallery, MOP Projects, and Pine Street Creative Arts Centre whilst Kensington St has a variety of great cafés and the well renown Spice Alley which offers a range of different Asian cuisine. Sporting facilities such as the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium (Sydney Football Stadium) and Moore Park Golf Club are within 15 minutes’ drive along with the Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park which offers a range of entertainment and dining options. The Horden Pavilion, Enmore Theatre and Seymour Theatres are also close by.
