This funky space is ideal for 1 or 2 guests. The Luxe Loft area was built to accommodate lunch and morning tea by the roofing tradesmen that used to make use of the space and the loft for storage. The owner/builder of the Luxe Loft didn't originally intend on the space being such an ornate piece of architecture but got carried away with the possibilities of what modern materials can offer. Then the possibility of using the space for putting your feet up for more than just a brief moment during the day, allured him to find himself spending more and more time in here. As the roofing business evolved the space has been left vacant and peaceful for guests that wish to stay somewhere out of the ordinary. Situated in a quiet and private area, a short walk into the CBD with free parking at the door. There is a patio with table and chairs which catch the morning sunshine perfectly. The queen-sized bedroom is in the loft upstairs, with a peaked-roof design and a window which lets in the morning light. 2 large in-built wardrobes, a sitting chair and a very comfortable queen bed with luxury linen. The design of the loft means some areas have less head room than others, but it accommodates all sizes.

Mudgee is unique region, being home to many quality wineries and famous vineyards. It also boasts high-quality food venues and of course the area is steeped in history. It is located on Wiradjuri land and the name Mudgee is said to derive from the term "Moothi", meaning 'nest in the hills'. A leisurely walk from the property to the CBD will take you about 15 minutes, as you admire the beautiful homes and gardens along the way.
