Please note This property is not a party house and strictly sleeps a maximum of 10 people (comprising a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children).If you wish to have additional visitors at any time during the stay at Coast, prior written approval is required. How is the property laid out? The house has a large open plan kitchen living dining and lounge with cathedral ceilings and end to end sliding doors that fully retract and open the living areas to the outdoors. Decks run the full length of the entertaining areas. Two bedrooms, both with cathedral ceilings and two bathrooms are located on the same level, one with a freestanding soaking bath tap, heated floors and towel rail in the ensuite. Downstairs is the third bedroom, bathroom and barn style double bunk room that connects to a second TV/play room. This opens onto the downstairs opens deck and lawns. Coast at Hyams has a Delonghi coffee machine that uses Nespresso pods. Please bring your own pods.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
