Welcome to Coastal Palms, a charming three-bedroom beachside haven located just 400m from Warilla Beach. Perfect for families, friends, or a relaxing coastal escape, this pet-friendly home offers comfort, space, and a laid-back seaside vibe. Enjoy the spacious, fully fenced backyard — ideal for outdoor pets, BBQs, and soaking up the sunshine. The open-plan kitchen and dining area feature reverse-cycle air conditioning and flow effortlessly into a comfortable lounge with a large TV, perfect for relaxing after a day in the surf. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle, ensuring easy meal preparation.
Bedding configuration: Bedroom 1 – King bed with ceiling fan; Bedroom 2 – Queen bed with ceiling fan; Bedroom 3 – Two single bunk beds with a portable fan. The family bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and two baths (one with a spa), plus a separate toilet off the laundry for added convenience. The internal laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Step outside to a generous, secure backyard with an outdoor dining area and BBQ, offering plenty of space to unwind in the fresh coastal air. Additional features include streaming services, reverse-cycle air conditioning in living areas, ceiling or portable fans in all bedrooms, off-street parking (tandem garage and driveway), and linen and bath towels provided (guests to bring their own beach towels). Pets are welcome outdoors only (fees apply), please bring your own pet bedding and supplies.

It’s just a 400 m stroll to Warilla Beach, with Windang Island a 10-minute walk to the north, accessible via a scenic causeway, and Little Creek about a 5-minute walk to the south. The Surf Club patrols the stretch of beach between these points, keeping swimming safe. The waves are largest directly in front of the club and gradually ease toward the north and south, making it a great spot for beginner surfers.
North of the Surf Club, locals enjoy windsurfing, parasurfing, and scuba diving around Windang Island, all just a few minutes’ walk from the house. Fishing is excellent on either side of the Surf Club and off Windang Island, which juts into the ocean and offers spectacular coastal views, even if you’re not fishing, it’s worth exploring.
To the south, Little Creek provides calm, shallow tidal waters (around 40–70 cm deep) with gentle waves near the mouth, perfect for young children learning to swim or surf, and a great place for paddleboarding. For still-water swimming or fishing, Lake Illawarra is about a 15–20 minute walk north along the beach, featuring a council-maintained foreshore park with playgrounds and picnic areas. The connected walking and cycling track follows the coastline before winding along the lake for kilometres, popular with local walkers and cyclists.
The Surf Club beachfront café serves breakfast, light lunches, and excellent coffee! There are also plenty of dining options nearby, including the Windang Bowling Club, known for its affordable and tasty menu.
The Shellharbour Marina precinct is just a 10-minute drive away, offering cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, Woolworths, an ice creamery, and a family-friendly beach, perfect for a relaxing day out.
